ACE (Animal Care España)

Toby, 3 months old, was thrown out of a running car on the highway.

Neglected, maltreated, dumped. Every year, thousands of dogs and cats are being killed in animal shelters on the Spanish coasts. The volunteers of Animal Care España fight for the future of these animals by offering them safe shelter, medical care and searching for new loving homes in Spain as well as other countries. Most importantly the new placement is to be durable, to avoid the bad experience to repeat itself and give the animal all the love and care it deserves.

By organizing school projects, ACE endeavours to establish a change of mentality among the local population, as well as that of tourists: a pet is not a disposable toy! Their attentiveness on these special issues in tourist zones as well as their devotion and positive attitude absolutely deserve our support; respecting nature begins by taking good care of our pets!
